Hey there!

My name is Gina. I'm a speaker, writer, certified life coach, lay counselor, and retired teacher who pondered for years, “What should I do when I grow up?” A tad later in life than I’d planned, the answer is finally clear: Combine the truths of Scripture with the tools of coaching to help women live grace-infused, peace-filled, purposeful lives.

This wife, mom, grandma, and rookie social-media poster believes when we step out in faith, our trustworthy God is already blessing the outcome.

I was exhausted.

On autopilot.

And faking "I'm fine," whenever anyone asked.

Have you been pouring into others for so long you can barely remember what it’s like to feel joy, energy and peace? Are you struggling to hold on to hope?

It’s a terrible place to be.

I know, because I’ve been there too.

Decades of filling cherished roles as a daughter, wife, mother, teacher, volunteer and friend left me depleted, depressed and desperate for a different way to live.

I left my career as a teacher completely exhausted -- physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

It was obvious I needed to retire early or risk illness and relational fall-out. (When your husband says, “You know, I don’t have a wife for at least 9 months when you’re teaching,” it’s time to step back and re-evaluate your life!)

I loved the people in my life! So why was I so wiped out?

Well, I’d bought into the lie that everyone’s needs--and wants--were supposed to be identified and met by me!

I had poor boundaries, non-existent self-care routines, and I was sinking fast.

It was a daily struggle, and I needed answers:

How should my life as a Christian look if I was honoring God’s directive to care for others - while doing little to care for myself?

Was I really supposed to feel this burnt out serving others?

Thankfully, God led me to Wellcoaches training and certification! Being coached and learning to coach others has changed the way I see myself, my relationships, and the world around me. The skills and principles I learned are truly life-changing!

AND aligning Scripture with research-based coaching creates an authentic, value based, powerful path forward. Hope comes shining through!

It can shine through for YOU, too!

You CAN live and serve others well from a place of strength and joy.

It’s time to say, “I’m fine!” and, finally, mean it!
